Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility
Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging—and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Start a Return or Exchange
Email info@woollybearouterwear.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return/exchange won’t be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Returns for damaged/incorrect items are free.


Exchanges (Free)

Email info@woollybearouterwear.com to initiate an exchange. We’ll email you a free return label for your current item. Once the carrier shows it in transit, we’ll ship your replacement.


Returns (Not Free unless Damaged)

For standard returns (non-damaged/incorrect items), return shipping isn’t covered. We’ll provide instructions and a return label. A $15 fee will be charged for the return.

When we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, contact info@woollybearouterwear.com.
